KCFM was created from experiences gained within the food services industry by Mike Brougham, formerly a head chef, catering manager, and operations director within several, key, blue-chip food service companies.

Having gained experience working within a variety of sectors it became clear most clients want a reliable, cost-effective solution to non-core activity. Mike was determined to create a pro-active and dynamic, client-focused solution, adapting to an increasingly changing business environment.
